Terms and Conditions: EPIC Holiday

RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ ) apply to ‘Epic’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 7th May 2013 to 10th May 2013 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart Network.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the word "epic” OR [their answer] to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
4. The presenter will ask a question on air. Listeners will then be asked to text their answers to a phone number. From all the correct entries and entrant is selected at random and called back. The entrant is then brought to air to reveal their answer.
5. Once the entrant has announced the correct answer then the presenter will reveal that they have won.
Eligibility:
6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
7. Driver must be over the age of 25 and have held a full clean drivers licence for a minimum of 2years. Fully inclusive refers to unlimited mileage, loss damage waiver, supplementary liability insurance, handling fees, local taxes, airport fees and environmental taxes. Driver must also hold a valid credit card (not debit card) with a minimum of £500 available for security deposit, which is refundable upon safe return of the vehicle.
8. For all US trips, UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the United States of America. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and NDL Group cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.

• 5 Nights accommodation at the Ramada Los Angeles Convention hotel(3 Star, based on two adults and two children sharing a family room with ensuite bathroom on a room only basis.
• Entrance for two adults and two children into Six Flags Magic Mountain Theme Park. Six Flags Magic Mountain is open late May through September, daily from mid-June to Labor Day. Height/weight/age restrictions apply on certain rides.
• Entrance for two adults and two children into the Arboretum and Botanic Garden. Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Garden is open daily from 9:00a.m.- 4:30p.m. Tickets are subject to availability.

• Travel insurance - Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
9. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, July and August and Bank Holidays (both UK and destination country). Holiday must be booked at least 2 months in advance and can be taken over all half term holidays. Children must be aged 11 years or younger at the time of travel.
10. Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Bookings must be made a minimum of 3 months in advance.
11. Global Radio reserves the right to substitute the prize.
